Beautifully hand woven ribbed small basket, commonly known as the melon basket, buttocks basket or egg basket. It has the familiar God's eye wrapped pattern on each end of the basket where the handle meets the rim. It measures 6" in diameter at the top, 7" on the bottom, 4.25" tall and 7.50" high with handle. It is intricately made with split oak, pre-owned, in excellent good condition and stands upright.
